HOURLY
RATE applies to the local moves from / to and between NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Fairfield, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Each move is unique. Sometimes it cost more to move a studio, than one or two bedroom apartment.
Average cost for the local move as follows:
Single room: $175-$300.
Studio Apartment: $300-$500.
One bedroom: $400-$750.
Two Bedrooms: $600-$1000
Three Bedrooms: $800-$1300
Depending on each particular situation we can send a professional crew of two, three or four + men. The clock starts upon arrival to origin location and doesn’t stop until full completion at the final destination. The minimum charge is 2 hours. Time increments are ½ hour.
2 MEN = $70/HR. / 3 MEN = $90/HR. / 4 MEN = $110/HR.

BOXES AND PACKING (only if required)
Excellent Quality Movers offer last minute packing solutions. No prior notification for bringing the boxes and packing supply is required. The price on a spot for each box runs from $4 (book box) to $20 (wardrobe box), including packing. Plastic covers for the mattress and spring box are $15 a piece and it’s a mandatory requirement.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (only if required by the building)
Each COI is $40. Coverage is 5 Million. Processing time usually takes less than an hour.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: 30 or 60 cents per pound, per article included automatically . Additional coverage is optional and can be obtained through the third party of your choice, or through http://www.movinginsurance.com/
TRAVEL FEE (get to and from the job):
30 minutes flat fee applies for the most parts of NYC, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
Travel fee for the Bronx, NYC (north of 125t Street), Queens (Jamaica, Bayside, Ozone Park, etc.) and some parts of Staten Island is 1 hour.
For moves originating or terminating outside of the five boroughs, travel, gas, and toll charges are based on the moving distance.
We offer flat rate only for local moves that requires full packing service. Pre-move on site visit is required.
